Intention to Appeal
Refer to Rule C6.3. Competitors have the right to appeal to a KartSport New Zealand Appeal Board against a sentence or other decision pronounced on them as a result of a Stewards Hearing. They must however, under pain of forfeiture of their right to appeal, notify the Stewards of the event in writing within one hour of the publication of the Stewards decision of their intention to appeal using the form below.
